We called Kingsborough to set up a date and time to inspect and clean our six-year old fireplace. Shawn arrived within the time window set up. He laid drop-cloths where ever he would work and from the front door to the fireplace. He thoroughly cleaned the fireplace and inspected the chimney. The only problem he found was a cracked back panel. He suggested We watch it to make sure it doesn’t expand and suggested we may want to replace it next year. He was prompt, efficient and professional. The area was as clean when he left as it was when he arrived. My wife and I are highly pleased.

Shawn [from Kingsborough] came out to replace my chimney cap and discovered that the inside of chimney was in bad shape. He provided a comprehensive estimate of work that needed to be done including lining the chimney. He came back to do that and did an excellent job and was very friendly and professional. Shawn was hard-working and friendly. He did a good job: arrived on time and got right to work, provided the services outlined in his earlier estimate and charged the exact amount as indicated in the estimate.

Kingsborough was great. They were easy to schedule and work with. I had them clean the air ducts and install chimney caps at a new home I just purchased. I also asked them to clean the chimney, but they said it wasn’t really required and didn’t charge me for that service. Would definitely use them again.
